Whether your experience needs to be virtual or you prefer it to be in person, our team can help you navigate through the decisions that will result in your new home.  We will compare builders, point out pros and cons to home site options, and explain floor plan differences that will best suit your lifestyle.

Attention to Detail

We have walked hundreds of new construction sites and have learned the construction process from experts in the field. Our industry knowledge is from hands-on, boots-on-the-ground experience. Rest assured that we will be visiting your new construction home at various stages, communicating with both you and the builder to ensure accuracy and exceeded expectations. We are also available to accompany you during scheduled walk-thrus per the builder.

Design Assistant

No one knows your personal style and tastes better than you. Our team is more than happy to join you at your design selections meetings and assist you in any way possible. We can research and compare materials offered, introduce solutions you may not have considered, and keep you on track with your budget. We have seen a lot of homes come to life in the design center and would be honored to be a part of your dream home creation.
